01 I want to go Redang Island by June, when should I do my booking?
It is always advisable to make your reservation earlier, we advise our valued customer to make reservation 2 or 3 months in advanced before departure date.
02 How do I make reservation?
Simple, you just need to view the package that is offered by us, click "Make Reservation" button, fill in the reservation form and submit. Our agent will then be assisting you through phone or email. Booking is only valid based on availability of room.
03 Please advise us on method of payment
Cash or Cheque Deposit are accepted. Bank details are written in booking invoice. We only accept the currency of Ringgit Malaysia (MYR). Please advise to your local money changer or bank for the current currency exchange rate.
04 Do you receive credit card payment?
Credit card is only valid for specific condition. Our agent will advise you when credit card is applicable. For condition where credit card payment is accepted, there will be an additional bank charge of 3%.
05 Can we make full payment only when we're at the destination?
No, due to the payment policy of all the hotels and resorts, all the customer must make full payment first before entering the destination, therefore, you need to make payment to us before departing to destination.
06 Will I need much ready cash? What's the best currency to bring?
It is advisable to bring some cash in hand when traveling. In Malaysia, Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) is the basic currency.
07 Are we still able to visit Redang Island, Perhentian Island, Lang Tengah Island or any islands in East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia when July to September due to monsoon season?
Yes! The period of monsoon season is between end of October and early of February of the following year. Every resorts of the stated islands are operating their business from early of March until Mid of October. Some resorts start their business at the early of February or March until November. So it's better if you seek for advices from our agents.
08 I want to buy flight tickets myself, can I choose any flight schedule?
Always enquire for our professional advices first before buying any flight or bus tickets, some of the destinations do only provide pick up transfer services at specific schedule. Besides that, please make sure you do have a confirmed booking first before purchasing any tickets. Malaysia Resorts will not hold responsible to any wrong purchased tickets by customers themselves.
09 Do you have special rates for child?
Yes, usually all the packages we offered comes with special rates for child.
